Tokyo Tower

Tokyo Tower is located in Minato-uu, Tokyo, Japan and is the world's highest self-supporting iron tower. The structure of the tower is originally based on the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France and is 333 meters tall, making it just 6 meters taller than the Eiffel Tower.
Tokyo is a well known tourist spot and is also one of the most crowded city. Because the tower is located in the middle of the city, from the top floor, visitors can have a 360 degree view of the entire Kanto region that surrounds Tokyo as well as Mt. Tsubuka and Mt. Fuji.
Tokyo Tower was built as a symbol for it's beginning of an economic power in the year of 1958.I have visited the tower when I was seven years old with my family. We took the train from Narita,Japan, and reached our destination within an hour. There are many other beautiful places to visit near the tower. There is a lake there that almost looks like the garden sculpture lake at the Getty Center Museum. Hundreds of people walk on the streets near the tower and it feels very nice because of the green views we can actually breathe in the fresh air

I love this! How cool that someone decided to make something that looks like the Eiffel Tower. This sure beats the rip off of the Eiffel Tower in Vegas! I also love the one picture of it in color! It lights up the whole city, it seems. That is crazy too that it is taller than the Eiffel Tower. WOW....very neat
It is great to hear more about Tokyo tower ,Thanks for the great pic too, You had recalled my past sweet life in Tokyo, That is cool, Now I am in Rome(Italy)

The area that surrounds the Tokyo Tower looks just as beautiful as the tower itself. I wish I could go to Japan to see things like this.
I love how the tower shines at night, i hope that one day can visit Japan to witness this in person

I love iconic structures - like the Space Needle of Seattle, Big Ben in London, Christ the Redeemer of Buenos Aires, Pyramids of Giza, Statue of Liberty of New York and Eiffel Tower of Paris. What I love is that each structure is unique and serves as an icon for that city. It's not that I dislike the Tokyo Tower, but I don't really care for it either.. I would have appreciated it more if it was completely unique so that it could stand on its own and represent the city of Tokyo. I love Japanese art and culture and believe that they can come up with something completely original and equally great!
